Job Description

As a Programme Manager, you’ll be the friendly face that makes our afternoons (Stay and Play programme) unforgettable for children. You’ll be working a minimum of 15 hours per week, rostered across Monday - Friday, 2.30pm - 6.00pm at the Remakables School Site. Start Date for this role will commence on the first week of school term, 2nd of February.

Here’s what you’ll be up to

• Be the superstar running our sKids programmes day-to-day – from set-up to smooth operations – while building awesome relationships with our school communities
• Supervise and join Tamariki in awesome activities like arts & crafts, sports, games, offsite adventures (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking, drama, and music
• Lead safe, fun, and engaging sessions that keep kids buzzing while making sure everything runs smoothly
• Be the friendly, go-to face for parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive
• Guide, support, and inspire your team to shine and bring their best every day
• Arrive early to prep activities, co-ordinate Programme Assistants, and set up resources for a smooth start
