Hiab Driver

CARTERS Auckland Distribution Centre is seeking an experienced HIAB driver where your primary goal is to deliver exceptional service to our building trade customers. Supporting our Auckland branch network, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a HIAB to deliver bulk building supplies to building sites across the Auckland region.

In this active and physical role based in Mt Wellington, your versatility will be key as you will also need to provide support in the timber yard when need, operating a forklift to load and unload orders.

In this role you will need to :

• Efficiently loading and delivering orders navigating various residential and commercial construction sites with differing ground conditions
• Safely offloading product deliveries, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to all, whether on-site or off-site, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standards.
• Supporting the yard team when required to load and unload delivery vans and trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general branch housekeeping.
