Customer Success & Business Development Analyst
Banzpay is a growing payments technology provider delivering secure, 24 / 7 payment infrastructure across New Zealand and the Pacific.
We are looking for a Customer Success & Business Development Analyst to join our Auckland CBD team. This is a newly created and dynamic role reporting directly to the General Manager.
You will play a central part in our commercial operations, balancing proactive customer success with critical business development and marketing support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to work at the centre of customer engagement, commercial activity, and marketing. Your goal is to ensure all customer-facing communications and processes are structured, professional, and scalable.
Customer Success
- Own the customer interaction cadence, including scheduling, agendas, actions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare customer reporting packs, performance dashboards, and high-quality communications, updates, and notices.
- Track customer issues through to closure, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders
- Monitor service levels, identify trends or recurring problems, and proactively share insights.
- Support customer onboarding activities, including documentation and coordination
Commercial & Business Development
Maintain CRM / pipeline discipline, tracking opportunity stages and next steps.Produce dashboards and reporting for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).Assist with pitch decks, proposals, templates, and market research.Support RFPs, business cases, and event / networking activities.Marketing & Coordination
Manage Banzpay’s LinkedIn and social content.Create case studies and promotional material.Coordinate customer forums and events.Work across Cards & Payments, Delivery, Commercial, and Risk teams.⭐ What you’ll bring
Proven experience in a customer-facing commercial role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development.Payments, Banking, or FinTech exposure is a strong advantage.A genuine desire to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders.Strong organisation and time management across multiple priorities.Confident with PowerPoint, Excel, CRM tools, and basic dashboarding.At Banzpay, we recognise that our team drives our success.
