Overview

Client Experience Coordinator – part-time

Location : Wellington, New Zealand (on-site). Schedule : Thursday and Friday, 9 : 00am–3 : 00pm.

What you’ll do

As a vital part of the client experience team, you will ensure clients and visitors feel welcomed, manage bookings, coordinate catering, prepare meeting rooms with audio-visual technology, and handle phone enquiries. You’ll work alongside the Client Experience Manager in a dynamic front-of-house role where no two days are the same, in a supportive and professional environment.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong willingness to learn, grow, and proactively contribute
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a variety of audiences
  • Experience in a client-facing role within a corporate or hospitality environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and deliver quality work in a fast-paced setting
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and comfortable with AV systems
