Client Experience Coordinator – part-time
Location : Wellington, New Zealand (on-site). Schedule : Thursday and Friday, 9 : 00am–3 : 00pm.
What you’ll do
As a vital part of the client experience team, you will ensure clients and visitors feel welcomed, manage bookings, coordinate catering, prepare meeting rooms with audio-visual technology, and handle phone enquiries. You’ll work alongside the Client Experience Manager in a dynamic front-of-house role where no two days are the same, in a supportive and professional environment.
