Job Title

Technical Support Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our technical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing technical assistance to our Out of Home customers (OOH - fuel stations, cafés, and hotels etc) and administrative support to our skilled technicians maintaining our coffee machinery.

You Will Be Responsible For (Not Limited To)

  • Provide phone and email assistance on the technical service support line
  • Communicate and liaise with internal technicians and OOH customers with the aim to resolve technical issues via phone
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution
  • Maintain systems data including accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions
  • Support the implementation of Salesforce to the business
  • Load and facilitate oil channel general services monthly
  • Setup, amend and terminate general services agreements

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years customer service experience
  • Previous barista and coffee machine experience – Advantage
  • SAP experience – Advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid unrestricted work visa
