About the Role :

This entry-level Service Person role is your chance to get a foot in the door with one of Australia’s leading open-cut mining operations. You’ll support maintenance teams, learn on the job, and gain valuable experience in a large-scale mining environment.

What you’ll be doing :

Supporting maintenance crews with refuelling, servicing, and basic inspections
Assisting heavy equipment teams and operating light vehicles
Working safely on site with strong team support

What you’ll need :

Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in heavy industry, mining, civil, or transport roles

Full clean driver’s licence (Class 1 minimum)

Fit and reliable, able to work 12.5-hour shifts on a 7 / 7 roster

Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and drug / alcohol testing

Valid NZ / AUS work rights

The Offer :

7 days on, 7 days off (12.5-hour day / night rotation)

On-site accommodation + meals provided

Relocation support for NZ-based applicants

Approx. $145,000–$155,000 AUD per year (includes shift allowances, weekends, public holidays, and super)
