The Sector Administration (SA) team supports the Office of the Commissioner of Charities in overseeing charities and Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) within the social and welfare sector.
We aim to promote good governance, strengthen public trust, and ensure compliance with charity regulations.
As part of our team, you will provide administrative and operational support to facilitate the effective regulation and development of charities under our purview.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the general mailbox and respond to routine charity-related enquiries
Process cheque issuance requests from other divisions or government agencies
Assess and process simple applications from charities and IPCs
Collate, review, and analyse key statistics for sector reporting
Provide administrative inputs to MSF divisions and external agencies on assigned cases
Support other operational and administrative duties as required
Requirements
Strong communication and analytical skills
Meticulous, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
