- We're seeking a dedicated
- ServiceNow Engineer
- to join our dynamic team at ACC. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining applications and workflows on our growing ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management. You'll work across a complex environment that also includes ITOM, and multiple integrations, helping us deliver seamless, fit-for-purpose digital services. Your work will directly support ACC's mission to keep Kiwis safe and supported by enabling efficient, transparent, and customer-focused service delivery. - Have hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, particularly with ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Are confident working with Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets, and CI / CD frameworks.
- Have experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms (e.g., monitoring, alerting, automation tools).
- Understand ServiceNow data models and platform best practices and can apply them to scalable solutions.
- Are a strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- The appointing salary for this role will sit between $101,287 and $131,077 plus your additional 9% superannuation contribution.
