We have an opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our sales team, managing On‑The‑Go (Route) accounts in the Wellington area, this is Levin / Manawatū.

Supported by our Area Sales Manager, you will be a valued member of our sales team looking after OTG (Route) customers in your assigned territory.

Territory Managers are the powerhouse of any Retail / FMCG business. You will be eager to understand who we are as a business, our products, and just as importantly – being Gemba Focused. To get out there amongst our customers to understand what they need from us and how we help grow their business (and ours).

• A results‑driven & self‑motivated attitude (you’ll have the ability to work autonomously out in the field) and desire to progress your career in sales.
• Strong work ethic, an ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities – a friendly, fun, and approachable personality.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills, a passion for working with great brands and great people.
• Comfortable interpreting and analysing sales data to make informed decisions, enabling NPD growth and building new customers.
• A full driver’s licence. You will be on the road driving in a tool of trade vehicle.
