Internal Sales Representative (office based) to join our tight-knit team in Christchurch. If you enjoy building relationships, coordinating orders and deliveries, and providing top-notch customer service, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do: - Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide expert product advice and solutions to customers
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Support the external sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Handle phone and email enquiries professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ERP systems
What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience in internal sales, customer service, or account management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Confident using computers and business systems (experience with ERP systems a plus)
- Knowledge of or interest in the aluminum or building materials industry is an advantage
