Landwork Solutions Ltd is seeking an Experienced Digger Operator & Truck Driver to join our team based in Kapiti Coast on a full-time basis. This role will be responsible for operating heavy construction equipment and driving trucks to support our construction projects.

What you’ll be doing

Operating a range of construction equipment, including excavators and trucks

Performing earthmoving tasks such as excavating, grading, and backfilling

Driving trucks to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites

Conducting regular maintenance and safety checks on equipment

Adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures

Collaborating with the wider construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Digger Operator and Truck Driver in the construction industry

Comprehensive knowledge of operating heavy construction equipment and trucks

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions

Valid driver’s licence and construction industry certifications

Ability to work outside Kapiti Coast, sometimes requiring overnight stays
