We are seeking capable and experienced professionals to join The Hotel Britomart in the position of a Chef de Partie . You will thrive on immersing yourself in the brand and hotel operation and be proud to be part of The Hotel Britomart team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible to provide exceptional guest experiences by embracing The Hotel Britomart philosophy. Be responsible for the restaurant and events in the absence of the Head Chef or Sous Chef. Manage the kitchen / a section of the kitchen, ensuring that all food standards, preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques are carried out according to recipes and departmental policies and procedures. Maintain strict hygiene and safety procedures.

Food Preparation & Presentation

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain mise en place and ensure efficient shift transitions.
• Ensure consistency in recipe execution and portion control to minimize wastage.
