Job Description

How you’ll make a difference

  • Produce technical designs, specifications, and work plans, including task definitions.
  • Coordinate effectively with other disciplines, contractors, and sub-contractors, reviewing technical submissions for compliance with requirements.
  • Attend site meetings, report on project status, and highlight items of concern.
  • Apply innovative techniques by encouraging creative ideas and championing them to higher-level management.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly to varied audiences and provide teaching and coaching to junior engineers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience ideally within a design consultancy
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in communications engineering
  • Electronic Access Control, CCTV and Structured Cabling Systems and integration / installation experience
  • Specialist certifications, such as RCDD, PRINCE2, CCNA and hold a current COA Security Licence
  • Preferably Chartered or a professional member of relevant professional body
