8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Responsibilities :
Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include verification and checking invoices with required authorization approval
Reconciles and records receipts from customers
Maintain cashbook and prepares bank reconciliation
Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Check and process invoicing and receipts for customers
Other related accounts receivable functions
Records and maintains fixed asset module
Support monthly closing of accounts / HQ reporting (including forecasting)
Prepare reconciliation reports, when required
Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, with at least 3-5 years of accounting experience in similar function
Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Accounting Software used – Oracle accounting software system
