Limousine South NZ Ltd is a family-owned operator providing premium transfers and bespoke tours across New Zeland. With a small, close-knit team in Queenstown, we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless and personalised service for high-end clients, inbound tour operators, and corporate groups.
We are seeking someone for the position of Reservations & Logistics to join our team. This is a hands‑on role that combines reservations, scheduling, and operations support. You’ll work in a varied and busy environment where attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to problem‑solve are key.
About the Role
You’ll be the link between our clients, drivers, and suppliers — ensuring bookings are handled smoothly from start to finish. No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a supportive team that values flexibility and initiative.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to) :
- Check and respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
- Enter, process, and manage reservations in the booking system
- Create and update bookings with venues, restaurants, and activity providers
- Liaise with driver guides regarding tour details, rosters, and expectations
- Coordinate vehicle and driver schedules for day trips, transfers, and multi-day tours
- Ensure itineraries match quotes and client requests, including meals and accommodation where required
- Prepare welcome signs, itineraries, and other client-facing documentation
- Assist with custom quotes for private and group bookings
- Communicate with inbound operators, conference organisers, and suppliers
- Support general office administration, accounts payable checks, and liaise with our accountant as needed
- Post the tourism high season, focusing on operational improvement tasks such as writing and updating SOPs
- Manage and support transport logistics and operations, such as checking RUCs, vehicle cleanliness, ordering of fuel cards across two locations
- Supporting the on-boarding and training of drivers
- Share responsibility for after-hours operational support on a rostered basis
