We are collaborating with leading AI research initiatives focused on applying artificial intelligence to complex scientific challenges in bioinformatics . The goal of this project is to build an advanced benchmark to evaluate AI model performance in executing complete bioinformatics workflows — from raw sequencing data to meaningful analysis, guided by natural language prompts.
This work requires a combination of bioinformatics expertise , tool proficiency , and strong scientific reasoning . Researchers will help design benchmark tasks grounded in real-world, peer-reviewed scientific data.
Requirements

- Are a current graduate student (M.S. or Ph.D.) , Postdoctoral Fellow , or Research Scientist in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics , or a closely related quantitative discipline.
- Have hands-on experience using bioinformatics command-line tools .
- Possess exceptional attention to detail , analytical rigor , and problem-solving skills .
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
