The rolefacilitates a consistent approach to service delivery by ensuing staff have theright coaching and training to perform their duties safely.

The leader will alsoat times cover some orderly duties.About youThis role will suitsomeone with proven leadership and coaching skills, who has experience in a healthcaresetting providing services to stakeholders, including patients.

It is expectedthat the person will have an appreciation of budget management, can think, planand act strategically and at the same time relate to a wide range of people witha high standard of verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience as an orderly beneficial.Other key attributesfor this role includes.Flexibleand adaptable and can prioritise tasks so services are met.Provenexperience with rostering of staffIntermediateMicrosoft office skillsThe right to work and live in NewZealand.Current NZDrivers LicenceWorking at HealthNew ZealandHealth New Zealand |Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellness'.
