Project Management Expression of Interest :

We have a number of Project Manager opportunities in the pipeline for 2025 and we would love to talk to people open to full-time opportunities. We have a range of clients looking for skilled, experienced Project Managers in Civil & Construction, for permanent roles across small to large organizations.

Preferred experience

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project delivery from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with NZ building codes, health & safety regulations, and contract requirements.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and supplier negotiations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
