About the Role

This is not your average call centre job. As a Claims Consultant, you'll be at the frontline of customer care - supporting our valued partners and customers during moments that matter most. You’ll help people navigate the claims process with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset.

While previous insurance experience is an advantage, it's not essential - we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

What you’ll do :

• Be the first point of contact for customers with motor claims
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Manage a portfolio of claims through to resolution
• Guide customers through their entitlements, claims, and repair processes
• Set clear expectations and offer tailored solutions
