Role

• An Architect who enjoys both the creative aspects of concept design and the technical challenges of site execution
• You will play a key role in the design and concept phase while managing the on-site complexities associated with large-scale builds
• Develop and refine design concepts, ensuring alignment with client vision and project objectives
• Produce and oversee detailed architectural documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all project stages
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring work is completed to required standards
• Lead client presentations, design meetings, and regular communication updates
• Drive existing client relationships, along with establishing and maintain existing relationships with current consultants and stakeholders

Requirements

• Registered Architect or Senior Architect with a strong portfolio
• Experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale complex projects
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to lead a team and wanting to take the next step in your career
