We are on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager who can bring a wealth of retail knowledge, expert guidance and an encouraging attitude to help lead and support our Tauranga Store.

What will you do in this role?

• Be responsible for leading our experienced Department Managers and our sales team.
• Identify areas and opportunities for improvement
• Drive a culture of world-class customer service through your management team and take the business forward through expert leadership.
• Play a key role in setting the direction required to enable great performance
• Develop and encourage commercial focus in your Department Managers.

This role is all about motivating and inspiring your managers and team to provide an outstanding customer experience. Passion and knowledge of fashion, homewares and lifestyle categories are a must. You'll have an expert eye for detail, know what is trending in retail and how to provide an outstanding customer experience through visual merchandising and leading from the front.

This is a Full Time role and will involve weekend work and flexibility for early starts and late nights as part of the management roster.
