To be successful in this role you’ll have :
Experience as a kaiwhakahaere (manager) across either a big box or high-volume retail environmentA passion for delivering results that will inspire and motivate your rōpū (team)Experience coaching and leading large and diverse teamsNgā uara (values) that reflect a strong commitment to haumaru (safety), always thinking about the kiritaki (customer), and a belief in encouraging your team to whakatōmeneake (reach higher) every dayThe ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers and leadersWhat we’ll offer you :
