Marine Technician - Ovlov Marine Ltd

Ovlov Marine are a marine service & sales company specialising in Volvo Penta, Yamaha and other great marine brands with 3 branches spread across Auckland.

A rewarding and varied position is now available at our Westhaven branch in Central Auckland.

We seek an experienced marine technician to join the Ovlov Marine team.

Applicants should have mechanical / electrical aptitude with a desire to learn as well as a friendly, team-oriented attitude and a sense of humour.

The role involves servicing diesel engines, gensets and transmissions and other marine equipment onboard.

Relevant boating and diesel knowledge is a must along with sound computer skills and good DC electrical skills.

Volvo Penta marine experience and training would put you ahead of other applicants; other brand experience such as Yanmar and Caterpillar would also be beneficial.

Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit as well as a clean NZ Drivers licence.
