Job descriptionAt least 1 year of outbound telemarketing sales or lead generation experience required. Strong work ethic - the harder you work, the more you get paid. A quick learner with great initiative & adaptability, as campaigns can change often depending on the time of year. Good communication skills & excellent telephone manner. Resilience and self-motivation are required to work in a fast-paced business environment. Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to generate new business opportunities. Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients' IT products and services, including hardware, infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions. Proactively identify potential customers and build a strong sales pipeline. Achieve and exceed daily KPIs for call volume and lead generation. Uncapped weekly commission structure, your work ethic determines how much bonus you make. Competitive sales base salary ($27.30 holiday pay). Ability to work from home. 38 hours full-time per week.
