About The Role
At ArchiPro, we connect people who are building with the professionals and products that bring great spaces to life.
As a Digital Content Specialist, you'll help make that happen, ensuring every email, ad, and social post is crafted, coded and delivered with precision.
We're after someone who notices the details most people miss.
Someone who can tell when the spacing is off, when an email doesn't quite render right or when a headline could read just that little bit better.
What You'll Be Doing
Writing and formatting copy for our digital newsletters, social campaigns and display ads.
Building, coding and sending beautifully designed emails.
Sourcing content from the ArchiPro platform and our clients and turning it into scroll-stopping social posts.
Turning briefs and design assets into finished content using Figma and Photoshop.
Dealing directly with our clients to manage content approvals.
Keeping campaigns accurate, on-brand, on schedule and performing.
Setting up ads across platforms (Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn) using Kepla and HubSpot.
What you'll need
A marketing or communications degree (or equivalent work experience).
An interest in architecture and brands that make the built environment.
Great writing instincts.
You can make copy feel smart, warm and on-brand.
A digital native.
Comfortable in social platforms, confident navigating their back-ends and experienced in setting up ads.
You understand how digital marketing works, what drives engagement and how creative and data come together to make campaigns perform.
Strong attention to detail.
You spot mistakes before anyone else.
A design eye.
You care about layout, typography and visual flow.
Comfort with repetitive workflows, multiple projects and working to tight timelines.
A growth mindset : you're adaptable and always learning something new.
Someone who can dig in and get things done, even when juggling multiple projects or tight timelines.
Ideally you have
Experience in HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
A Meta certification or familiarity with digital ad platforms.
