Global Infrastructure – IT Analyst is responsible for supporting the Cytiva business functions infrastructure. Enhancing customer satisfaction and support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and any IT services that are essential to our business operations. You will be part of our Global Infrastructure Client Technologies APAC team, contributing to projects and providing hands-on IT support to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal customer experience.

Location : This position reports to the Director, Client Technologies APAC and is part of the Infrastructure and Operation, Client Technologies APAC team located in Cytiva Tauranga and will be an on-site role.

What you will do :

• Responsible for daily operational and support activities, including the setup of laptops / desktops, maintaining the IT rooms, providing assistance during company events, etc.
• Monitor IT ticket queues and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests, these can come in form of incoming phone calls, walk-up or web-submitted IT tickets.
• Providing support for manufacturing and warehouse operation are the highest prior. Work closely with the business and function leaders in ANZ and Global to provide IT guidance and assistance to support the business requirements.
