We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Massage Therapist to join our growing team in Auckland. About the Role

• Conduct client consultations to understand customer requirements and their medical history.
• Perform professional massage treatments such as Thai massage, relaxation, deep tissue, remedial, sports, aromatherapy, or other techniques offered by the business.
• Create personalised treatment plans to support client pain relief, mobility, and overall wellness.
• Maintain high standard customer service and professionalism.
• Maintain client comfort, dignity, and privacy throughout the session.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments, progress, and feedback as required under the Privacy Act
• Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment room and equipment.
• Follow WorkSafe New Zealand health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
• Stay updated on new massage techniques and industry best practices.
• Restock oils, balms, and treatment supplies following business procedures.
• Update client records, and handle payments when required

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have :

• At least two years of relevant experience as a massage therapist (experience in a Traditional Thai Massage clinic is preferred); OR
• A Certificate in Massage Therapy at any level, with a preference for candidates who hold a Traditional Thai Massage certificate from a reputable provider.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to maintain strict client confidentiality.
• A professional, respectful, and positive attitude.
• Good physical stamina and strong attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of workplace hygiene and safety requirements.
