About the Role

As a Banking Assistant, you will launch your career in financial services.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, payments and related transactions, ensuring accuracy, security and compliance while delivering innovative customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly face-to-face service to help customers with their banking needs.

Support customers with transactions, account queries and digital banking guidance.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Support internal initiatives to boost efficiency and elevate service.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 09 :

• : 30 (22.5 hours per week).
