You'll lead a 10-bed neonatal unit caring for preterm and unwell infants (32+ weeks gestation), while also overseeing a community service that supports children with acute and chronic conditions in their own homes.
Alongside inspiring and developing your team, you'll keep your clinical practice sharp with 0.2 FTE protected time dedicated to direct patient care.
