Traffic Management Workers

OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and proactive Temporary Traffic Management Workers to join our team on a casual / on-call basis.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, manage traffic flow efficiently, and ensure the safety of all road users on various construction and maintenance sites.Responsibilities- Setup, manage, and dismantle traffic management systems on various sites.

• Ensure compliance with traffic management plans and safety regulations.
• Monitor and coordinate traffic flow to minimize disruption and ensure safety.
• Communicate effectively with team members and the public regarding traffic changes and site safety advice.
• Assist with yard duties and ensuring safe storage of equipment.
• Report any incidents or breaches of safety to the supervisor promptly.Qualifications- Strong awareness of health and safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a dependable mode of transportation.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
