What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts across diverse industries.
  • Build deep client relationships and understand their evolving talent needs.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Represent TEKsystems as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, sales or client-facing roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for relationship-building.
  • A track record of achieving targets and driving business outcomes.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent solutions is highly desirable.
  • Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset.
