Your Role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Finance Analyst to join our Auckland-based team and support the ongoing success of our global supply chain operations. Reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Manager – Powders, you’ll play a key role in providing insightful and actionable financial analysis, improving data integrity, and driving efficiency across our supply chain.

More Specifically, You Will :

  • Support month-end reporting and variance analysis across logistics, COGS, and material pricing.
  • Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to develop robust forecasts and business insights.
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, inventory reporting, and CAPEX submissions.
  • Manage inventory account reconciliations and review provisions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in system and reporting improvements with IT to enhance financial visibility and process efficiency.
  • Contribute to audit preparation and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain finance function.

What You Will Bring :

  • Proven experience in supply chain finance within a fast-paced, global or FMCG environment.
  • Strong financial accounting knowledge and analytical capability.
  • Advanced Excel and systems skills (experience with Oracle or similar ERP / EPM systems ideal).
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CA or CPA qualification, either already obtained or currently in progress.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering accurate, insightful results.
