We are EIL Global, a company providing managed IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks, and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently, we are looking for partners / engineers for onsite support services in and around Canterbury and Auckland regions in NZ to assist our clients on a full-time and dispatch basis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform break-fix support for desktops, laptops (Windows / macOS), iMacs, and POS devices.
- Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components : HDD, RAM, motherboard, screen, keyboard, fan, power supply, etc.
- Provide support for software installations, OS configuration, and minor troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and card readers.
- Reimage systems using deployment tools or bootable media.
- Log all activities, time, and part usage in the ticketing system.
- Coordinate with L2 / L3 teams for escalations or specialized tasks.
- Travel to client sites for onsite support within the assigned region.
- Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction for each ticket.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
