Essential Functions
Engage in site visits from selection to close-out, ensuring study success.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract study subjects.
Provide training and maintain robust communication to keep sites aligned and motivated.
Champion quality and integrity by evaluating and enhancing site practices.
Monitor all study aspects, from regulatory submissions to data query resolutions.
Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure all site documents are perfectly preserved.
Collaborate with the team to support project execution and drive success.
Oversee site financials and ensure timely invoice retrieval.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline (preferred).
At least 4 years of on-site monitoring experience, with preference for oncology and haematology trials.
Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective time and financial management.
Team player who builds and maintains relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
