A unique role to inspire and lead a nine‑bed Residential Recovery Service. Use established systems and processes to meet compliance requirements and optimise the service to meet local need. Develop and grow your team to work top of their scope as community support workers.
Be part of great partnerships that deliver; including working alongside Primary care providers, Te Whatu Ora and Te Aka Whai Ora colleagues to support tangata whai ora and their whānau.
This is a full‑time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Additionally, you will be supported to be part of a rotating after‑hours on‑call roster.
