Coordinator – Sub-Regional Urology Service, Palmerston North Regional Hospital, Fixed-term, 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week)Are you passionate about improving patient outcomes and streamlining service delivery?

You'll work closely with operational leads and clinical teams to embed new processes, manage clinics and theatre access, and support compliance with Health Target Plans.This role demands strong organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative approach to achieve equity and excellence in planned care.About the Team / ServicePalmerston North Regional Hospital operates the Sub-Regional Urology Service across MidCentral, Whanganui, and Wairarapa districts, providing acute and planned care, surgery, outpatient clinics, and diagnostic services.
