The Opportunity

Are you passionate about quality and food safety? Do you thrive in a role where attention to detail and continuous improvement are key? Join our team at Chelsea as a Quality Assurance Co‑ordinator and play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards every time.

As the Quality Assurance Co‑ordinator, you’ll be the link between quality and production, driving compliance, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. You’ll maintain and enhance our Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, lead internal audits, manage customer complaints, and champion a strong quality culture across the business.

The primary responsibilities for this role include :

• Maintain and improve Quality and Food Safety Management Systems (Dairy RMP, FSSC22000 and ISO9001).
• Ensure compliance with legislation, certification, and customer standards.
• Manage document control, SOPs, and product specifications.
• Lead internal audits and support external and supplier audits.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and GMP compliance.
• Provide training and mentoring to cross-functional teams.
