Ihr Aufgabenbereich Beinhaltet

Für unser Ristorante Sapori suchen wir für die Sommersaison

ein weiteres Teammitglied als Commis de Cuisine oder Chef de Partie.

Eine Weiterentwicklung zum Chef de Partie ist ebenfalls möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben

Fachgerechte, professionelle Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln

Produktion von Speisen für Gäste und Mitarbeitende

Mithilfe bei fachgerechtem Umgang von Lebensmitteln in allen Prozessen (Annahme, Lagerung, Produktion, Fertigung und Entsorgung)

Unterstützung bei der Inventur

Unterstützung bei der Angebotsplanung

Einhaltung der HACCP-Standards

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Köchin / Koch EFZ sowie Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

Freude & Leidenschaft für's Kochen

Ruhe und den Überblick in hektischen Situationen behalten

Kostenbewusstes und qualitätsorientiertes Denken und Handeln

Gute mündliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
