Customer Service & Production Coordinator
Snap Print Solutions – East Tamaki, North Island
As our Customer Service & Production Coordinator , you will be the first point of contact for many customers. You’ll handle enquiries, prepare quotes, guide customers through their print needs, and ensure their jobs are produced accurately and on time.
You’ll also support the daily workflow behind the scenes — checking files, liaising with suppliers, monitoring progress, and keeping everyone informed.
This role blends customer service, organisation, and technical know-how — with strong support to develop into a future Centre Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email
- Prepare quotes, take orders, and advise customers on print options
- Manage job progress and keep customers updated
- Check and prepare files for production (with training provided)
- Coordinate workflow with our production team and suppliers
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across all tasks
- Support the Franchise Owner with daily centre operations
