Administrative Services Coordinator

Location : Auckland CBD

Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. In this role you will provide comprehensive support to our international student community through effective management of student accommodation placements as well as providing general administrative assistance to keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate accommodation placements to ensure a safe and supportive experience for international students
  • Liaise with homestays, providers, and caregivers to maintain strong relationships and quality standards
  • Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, delivering prompt and professional assistance
  • Provide efficient administrative support across all programmes and daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance the international student experience and service delivery
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure consistent, high‑quality support

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in administration or accommodation coordination
  • Proven ability to support and communicate effectively with international students and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; beneficial if experienced with CRM or SMS
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently while exercising sound judgement
