We’re looking for an experienced Interiors Site Manager to oversee the fitout stage of a $65m mixed‑use apartment development in Queenstown. This is a key role on a substantial project where you’ll take ownership of the interior delivery and work closely with the wider site team to ensure a high‑quality finish.

About the Company

This is a chance to join a well‑established property developer and contractor who specialise in high‑quality mixed‑use apartment complexes and hotels. They manage projects from land acquisition through development and construction to post‑build property management. With a strong track record of delivering large‑scale projects in Queenstown, they are continuing to invest heavily in the region with this next significant development.

The Project

The civil and structural stages are already underway, and you’ll come on board towards the end of 2025 or early 2026 to manage the interiors package through to completion. This is a large, multi‑use apartment build where attention to detail and coordination across trades will be critical to achieving the high standards expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all interior and fitout works on site
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme and quality requirements
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and maintain strong communication with the project team
• Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain high workmanship standards
• Review drawings, manage document control, and sign off completed works
