About the Role

Our askHR team provides trusted advice and practical support across all areas of HR : from payroll and leave management to employee benefits and onboarding. Handling around 500 queries each week , we take pride in delivering clear, timely, and people-centred assistance to staff across the organisation.

As part of a team that champions continuous learning and improvement , youll have the chance to broaden your HR expertise, contribute to process enhancements, and shape your career within the wider HR function.

We embrace a hybrid work model enjoy the flexibility of working from home, balanced with in-office collaboration when rostered on the askHR phone shift.

About you

Were looking for someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm, along with the following skills and attributes :

• Previous HR Advisory work experience
• Tertiary qualification in HR or related course
• Excellent knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate, able to use MS Office packages
• Possess excellent attention to detail as preparing offers
