Ready to take the next step in your aged care career? We’re looking for an organised, creative, and community-minded person to join us as our Activities Coordinator at Bupa Windsor Park Care Home in Gore, working 22 hours per week on a 4-on-2-off roster.

This is an ideal opportunity for an Activities Assistant or Caregiver based in Invercargill who’s ready to grow into a coordination role and work toward a future in Diversional Therapy. You’ll plan and deliver engaging programs that support resident wellbeing, while developing your skills in leadership, event planning, and person-centred care within a supportive team environment.

• Employment Type : Permanent Part-Time
• Hours : 131 hours across a 6-week roster (average ~22 hours per week)
• Shift Time : Mostly 10am – 6pm, with some shorter shifts (10am – 2pm or 12pm – 6pm)
• Roster Pattern : 4 days on, 2 days off (6-weekly roster across Monday – Sunday)
