Quality & Risk Manager

Due to our incredible growth we are looking for an experienced Quality & Risk Manager to champion our commitment to safe, compliant clinical excellence. In this newly created role you'll be a key contributor to the delivery of our strategic plan for quality improvement by raising the bar for legislative compliance, patient safety and overall patient experience.

Key accountabilities include :

• Quality management & improvement - establish, maintain & review the policies, procedures & systems that ensure operational compliance and quality of care
• Risk Management - own the strategy for identification and management of risk
• Privacy – ensure compliance with privacy legislation
• External Audits - Oversee external certification and accreditation audits
• Team Engagement - develop high performing people in a positive team culture
