The Hotel Britomart is seeking capable and experienced professionals to join The Hotel Britomart in the position of a Front Desk Manager . You will thrive on immersing yourself in the brand and hotel operation and be proud to be part of The Hotel Britomart team. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will lead the front office team to provide exceptional experiences by embracing our brand behaviors and service philosophies. You will manage the daily operations of the front office department and challenge processes by consistently exploring different ways to improve guest and team experience.
