Commercial Analyst

The Opportunity

This well-established and successful business is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside the wider business and provide your expertise on complex financial matters, giving you the opportunity to influence and contribute to individuals and departments outside of the finance function.

As a trusted technical expert, you will work closely with the FP&A manager to collaborate with and support internal stakeholders, building your own personal brand and nurturing your confidence and delivery.

This multi-site organisation with a Christchurch based main office is part of a larger NZ business. Their finance department supports the business decisions with sharp and accurate reporting for the key decision makers.

The Role

• Use data to prepare financial analysis, models and reports to create tangible narratives supporting decision making
• Prepare and support commercial review of performance, focussing on cost analysis
• Support the development and maintenance of management reporting against set targets
• Driving and managing change through a positive approach, inviting feedback and working with constructive criticism
