• Permanent, part-time role (0.4 FTE, 32 hours per fortnight)

• About the role
• Work as part of the Perioperative Education team to provide clinical and educational support in the perioperative environment.This will involve clinical teaching / coaching to support our trainees and anaesthetic technician colleagues in clinical decision making in practice, and role modelling excellent practice.
• The purpose of this role is to :
• provide support to the Anaesthetic Technician team
• advocate the needs of patients
• practice both autonomously and in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team to support patient health care needs
• set objectives and goals with individual staff members to ensure an adult learning environment is developed with clear outcomes achieved

• Salary range
• This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA Allied, Public Health, Scientific & Technical CEA and the salary will be in accordance with the Pay Scale clause 5.2.4 dependent on relevant experience.
