We're putting the feelers out for our next Customer Success Specialist at Zato.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with customers across NZ, AU and beyond
  • Deliver an exceptional customer journey
  • Provide tailored product support and monitor adoption, satisfaction and time-to-value
  • Help evolve our customer success playbook, systems and reporting as we scale
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support retention and growth
  • Gather customer feedback and translate it into clear insights for Product
  • Represent Zato at customer events, demos and industry conferences

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or accounting tech
  • Strong communicator who can break down complex tech clearly
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable juggling multiple customers
  • Confident running onboarding, training, implementation and support sessions
  • You bring a startup mindset - adaptable, fast-moving and solutions-focused
  • Bonus : Experience working with accountants or have an understanding of how firms operate
