What You'll Do

Lead strategic test design

  • Think critically and laterally about test approaches, mitigating project risks and exploring applications beyond standard business requirements to uncover potential vulnerabilities

Drive automation excellence

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to create robust automated checks using established toolsets

    • Champion agile practices

  • Work closely with cross-functional agile teams to develop shared understanding of business requirements and underlying intent

    • Ensure quality communication

  • Clearly articulate defects and testing insights to both technical teams and business stakeholders

    • Focus on user experience

  • Contribute to creating exceptional customer experiences across all digital touchpoints

    • Active team participation

  • Engage fully in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions, and demonstrations

    • Stakeholder management

  • Maintain timely engagement and ongoing communication with key stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure requirements are met

    • What You'll Bring

    5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing automation frameworks

    Strong background in

    CI / CD pipeline automation

    and testing

    Java microservices

    Experience testing integration solutions on

    AWS / OpenShift

    platforms

    Demonstrated success working in

    Agile environments

    Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Growth mindset

  • eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement

    • Highly Desirable :

    CI development and Jenkins support experience

    Rest-Assured testing framework knowledge

    Advanced SQL skills

    Banking or financial services sector experience
