Summit Mind Co is a respected provider of personal development and leadership training programs, known for our impactful live events and immersive learning experiences.

We are currently seeking a driven, self-managed professional to join our team in a flexible, remote contract capacity.

Please note : this is a performance-based role, not a salaried position—perfect for independent professionals who value freedom and results-driven rewards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote and represent our personal development and leadership offerings

Conduct consultations with individuals exploring growth and leadership pathways

Attend weekly webinars to deepen product knowledge and build confidence in your role

Manage your own workflow and commit to a minimum of

• hours per week

Collaborate with a network of professionals and trainers dedicated to making a positive impact

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

Basic proficiency with digital tools and platforms

Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently

Passionate about personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning

Must reside in New Zealand or Australia
